LATAM | Project Manager Opportunity | Remote

Are you looking for a new professional challenge in project management?

Athena Retail, part of the RELEX Solutions group, is looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Operations team. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation of RELEX’s suite of systems by managing and coordinating project teams both internally and with our customers.

Your Role

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage and lead software implementation projects from start to finish
Own project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and profitably
Create and implement communication plans, including steering group meetings and stakeholder updates
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
Ensure customers realize measurable value from RELEX implementation projects
Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops, documenting actions and following up until completion
Monitor and escalate risks, issues, and resource requirements as needed

What We Are Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in end-to-end IT system implementation projects
Experience with grocery, CPG, or FMCG retailers or suppliers; Tier 1 retailer or consulting experience preferred
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale software projects
SaaS industry experience with strong understanding of SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is highly appreciated
Proactive attitude, autonomy, and willingness to travel
Availability to work in a hybrid / remote mode

What We Are Looking For:

Category Management Specialist

We are looking for a marketing consultant with a specialization in Category Management under the age of 30, who will have to deal with the display, through dedicated software solutions, of the assortment and shelves of the product categories in the context of the Italian and international GDO.

The ideal candidate:

completed a course of study in marketing and/or mathematical and statistical sciences
a master in Retail is appreciated
has good teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal skills
excellent knowledge of using Excel is essential
knowledge of the English language is preferable

A placement with an apprenticeship contract is envisaged, providing for a growth path aimed at a possible stable placement in the company.

Technical Consultant - Web Developer

The resource will be placed within the corporate IT team and, under the supervision of a project manager, will take care of the following activities:

Consulting for customers

User interface development for third party web-based solutions
Development of database integration and data processing procedures
Test definition and execution
Preparation and testing for production deployments
Technical support of software solutions installed at customers
Drafting of technical documentation

Requirements:

Computer Science Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or similar
Proven experience in developing with VBScript, JavaScript, C# languages
Knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL languages
Knowledge of DBMS SQLServer and Oracle
Good knowledge of English, written and spoken
