In pursuance of Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Athena Retail S.u.r.l. provides you all the information regarding nature, purposes, methods of treatment and sharing of your personal data by Athena Retail S.u.r.l.
Types of data processed and data processing purposes

IT systems and computer programs necessary for this website to be operational, during their normal operation, store certain personal data, the acquisition of which is carried out automatically and inevitably when one uses internet communication protocols.

The e-mail addresses and the information contained in any messages sent are to be considered as personal data.
Therefore, the optional and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses stated on this Portal implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address on behalf of the respective recipient that is necessary in order to send replies to requests as well as any other personal data contained in the message itself. According to what is described in more detail in the informative note and after having obtained the consent to the processing of the personal data (where necessary), this may be used for the purpose of increasing business contacts, as well as providing the applicant with information relating to, for example, temporary employment or the company environment, to the world of work, third-party selection procedures, training initiatives, or rather information regarding Group initiatives and events in which the Group companies take part, all of which according to the content of the communication received.

Data Subjects’ Rights
Data subjects are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and be informed of their contents and origin, verify their accuracy, or else request that such data be supplemented, updated or rectified (Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
The above Section also provides for the right to request erasure, anonymisation or blocking of any data that is processed in breach of the law as well as to object in all cases, on legitimate grounds, to processing of the data.
